Bearing edge-folding and necking tool and processing method thereof

The invention discloses a bearing edge-folding and necking tool and a processing method thereof. The bearing edge-folding and necking tool comprises an upper die, a lower die and a core shaft, wherein the upper die and the lower die are cylinders with central shaft holes, protrusions are arranged correspondingly, edge-folding blades are arranged on the faces of the protrusions, and the diameter of the core shaft matches the diameters of the central shaft holes of the upper and the lower dies. The processing method comprises the following steps: firstly, making a request for dimension related to a bearing mounting hole of a part, processing the height dimensions of the upper and the lower end faces of the bearing mounting hole of the part with downward deflection, and ensuring that the two end faces are in parallel and perpendicular to the axis of the hole; then, performing edge-folding and necking treatment on one end face of a bearing with the bearing single-sided edge-folding and necking tool; and finally, performing edge-folding and necking treatment on the other end face of the bearing with the bearing double-sided edge-folding and necking tool. The bearing edge-folding and necking operation is performed by the single-sided edge-folding and necking tool or the double-sided edge-folding and necking tool, which is rapid and accurate and can meet the technical requirements for bearing edge-folding and necking process.
