Research on Informatization Construction on Management of Village's Collective Assets in Pearl River Delta Region

It is essential and urgent to apply information technology into management of village's collective assets in high industrialized rural area in China. To build an information system supporting management of village's collective assets is helpful to promote management capability among organizations at the grass-roots level, to lift government's decision-making and service and to propel the construction of a clean and honest administration in villages. Informatization construction on management of village's collective assets has particularities including multiple construction subjects and their special duties, as well as the integration of construction subjects and objects. This article analyzes acceptance level of construction subjects upon informatization and puts forward suggestions on informatization construction of management of village's collective assets.
