The methods of extraction of active chemical constituents from ER-XIAN-TANG

Objective To explore the extractive methods of active chemical constituents from ER-XIAN-TANG.Methods The sum of Flavonoids and Saponins content of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was regarded as an index,and the influences of different factors and levels on the methods to extract the active chemical contents from ER-XIAN-TANG were investigated by using a simple factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum extractive condition was that the extraction is carried out in one and half hour with 12 times solvent volume of 50% ethanol for three times.Conclusion The method is appropriate,simple and feasible,and it provided theoretic basis for the extraction of active chemical constituents from ER-XIAN-TANG.
