Studying the convergence of the relativistic J-matrix method in elastic scattering of electron from model potentials

2012
We present a convergence study of the relativistic J-matrix method, applied to elastic scattering of electrons on the various model potentials vanishing faster than Coulomb one. Calculations have been performed using newly developed JMATRIX code. The code have been used to calculate phase shifts for a wide range of energies and to obtain total, differential, momentum transfer and spin-polarization cross-sections, using the partial waves analysis. The results are compared to the other theoretial calcalations.
