Cataract Surgery with Posterior Chamber Lens Implantation in Patients Aged 20-45

A retrospective survey of 79 cataract extractions with posterior chamber lens implantation in patients aged 20-45 years is reported. The visual outcome and incidence of complications are discussed with respect to previous reports of cataract surgery with intraocular lens implants in an older age group of patients.
