[Transfusion induced hypersiderosis in aplastic anemia--physiopathology and therapeutic aspects].

: Diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in bradyarrhythmias are discussed. Special attention is paid to cases with suspected but still undocumented bradycardias and to some aspects of differential therapy.
