A Distributed Control System of Wire Cutting and Striping Machine Based on Can Bus

The wire is the main body of circuit.According to analysis of the cutting and striping processes of wire system,a kind of efficient distributed control system of wire cutting and striping machine based on CAN bus has been put forward.Then the intelligent control of process unit and the communication method based on CAN bus have been described,and the realization of whole system has also been presented.The control system has the advantage of parallel machining,simple connection,open and good real-time,and so on.Now,the control system has been used in P757 experimental prototype.
