COMPUTATIONAL APPLIED SYNTHESIS OF GUANIDINE IN ULTRASOUND USING QAP

Guanidine is an important substance for modern living beings as well as for the pre biotic chemistry. The present work describes a computational application of GUI towards the synthesis of bioactive guanidine derivatives from 1,3disubstituted thioureas with in short time (2-5 min.) under sonication condition by employing quaternary ammonium permanganate. This GUI method is more efficient and comfortable in comparison with traditional synthetic methodology and found good for the synthesis of guanidines with quantitative yield under sonication condition. The application of Computational methods in organic synthesis, live chemical structures can simply be converted into images by using JChem for Excel functions. With aid of instant JChem supports advanced graphical visualization of database content using various chart formats. The charts are fully synchronized with the query and selection features, allowing interactive browsing and visualization of data.
