L'amibiase hépatique en France : 203 observations

Ther authors report upon 203 cases of hepatic amebiasis observed in France between 1969 and 1991. A painful and febrile hepatomegaly is present in 146 cases and complications are observed only in 10. All patients recovered, most frequently through medical treatment, alone (132 cases) or associated with percutaneous ponction (30 cases).
