Ceramic carrier grafting method

The invention discloses a ceramic carrier grafting method which comprises the following specific steps: (1) preparing grafting slurry, and coating a flexible carrier piece with a binding agent; (2) uniformly coating the flexible carrier piece with the grafting slurry according to expected thickness, and firmly adhering the grafting slurry to the flexible carrier piece through the binding agent; (3) drying the flexible carrier piece coated by the grafting slurry for later use; (4) adding water or a solution mixed with an inorganic adhesive or an organic adhesive to the surface of the grafting slurry adhered to the flexible carrier piece, so as to obtain a grafted carrier piece; (5) covering the ceramic carrier with the obtained grafted carrier piece, wherein one side covered by the grafting slurry contacts the outer surface of the ceramic carrier; (6) sintering in a kiln or a drying room, so as to complete grafting. Due to adjustment of the granularity, the moisture and the additive in the grafting slurry, and the like, the defects that drying cracking, warping and the like can be easily caused in the carrier piece coating and drying process in a conventional grafting process can be avoided.
