Surfactant Washing or cleaning composition portion

The invention relates to a portion of washing agent, rinsing agent or cleaning agent, containing at least one surfactant, optionally at least one other washing, rinsing or cleaning constituent, and at least one gas which is finely dispersed in the portion, is compatible with the other constituents and does not coalesce to form an individual gas bubble, in at least one coating which can disintegrate in water. The invention also relates to a method for washing, rinsing or cleaning, which can be carried out using the inventive portions of washing agent, rinsing agent, or cleaning agent.
