Through Hmong America: A Bibliographic Journey

2010
Since 1975, the Hmong people have actively woven their presence into the social, economic, and political fabric of the United States. In little more than three decades they have endured the trauma of refugee displacement to forge new lives and livelihoods within both the urban centers and rural towns of the United States. As a consequence, the Hmong presence can also be found in the growing literature and research that has surfaced in libraries, special repositories, and in the mainstream and ethnic press.
