Common blue nevus of the upper lip-a possible relationship to mongolian spot-

Three cases of common blue nevus occurring on the upper lip in Japanese are reported. This occurrence appears to be significant because the upper lip is the site of predilection for dermal melanocytosis in Japanese babies with cleft lip.
