Considerations of elementary stages in thermal reactions

Abstract The elementary stages of thermal reactions are discussed in terms of electron transfer. It is shown that the intrinsic electron transfer proceeds through the electronically excited state of CTC. It is proposed that the catalytic process proceeds via the excited state of the intermolecular complex of reagents.
