Magnetic resonance in epitaxial films of yttrium iron garnet at frequencies below 1 GHz

1991
Abstract The behaviour of pure YIG films has been studied in 0-2000 Oe magnetic fields over the frequency range 100–1500 MHz. It was found that the frequency position of magnetostatic waves transmission band is nonmonotonically dependent on the magnetic field at small angles of deviation of the field from the normal to the film plane. It may be used for the frequency change of MSW devices in the 300–1200 MHz range. The delay line displayed the signal of domain wall resonance.
