The invention relates to a preparation method for an energy-saving type HD-8 abrasive brick, and aims to effectively solve the problems that a cement kiln body is short in service cycle, wastes the energy, high in the labor intensity of workers and high in cost as the load is heavy and the heat loss is large, The preparation method comprises the step of preparing the brick by using a binding agent and an ingredient, wherein the weight ratio of the binding agent to the ingredient is 3:2, the binding agent comprises the following components by weight percent: 45% to 55% of industrial phosphoric acid with the mass concentration of 85%, 12% to 20% of aluminium hydroxide powder and 25% to 38% of water for preparation; to be specific, the method comprises the following steps: mixing the industrial phosphoric, the aluminium hydroxide powder and the water, heating to 45 to 55 DEG C and then stirring for 25 to 38 minutes to obtain a transparent colloid, and cooling to the room temperature, so as to obtain the brick. The ingredients consist of the following materials in percentage by weight: 36-45% of aluminium oxide, 50-53% of silicon dioxide, 1-1.5% of ferric oxide and 4-10% of zirconium dioxide. The formula adopted by the preparation method is reasonable, abundant in raw materials, easy to produce and prepare, low in cost, and good in usage effect, can overcome the problems that the masonry cement kiln fire-resistant brick kiln body in the prior art is too heavy and large in heat loss.
