To do so, an initial analysis of the disasters is presented in order to introduce the question of socio-environmental damages by these causes. Through the study of the triple environmental, civil, administrative and criminal responsibility, which has a constitutional origin (article 225, §3), it is possible to establish the legal regime applicable to polluters, direct and indirect, in light of below the Constitution. This research was built through a broad theoretical and bibliographical study and jurisprudential, including a large number of judgments of the superior courts. Characteristics and peculiarities of each form of responsibility will be presented, notably with regard to the respective required requirements and appropriate sanctions, taking into consideration the eco-complexity and the peculiarities that involve the damages caused by the disasters.
