The invention discloses a surface stabilizing treatment agent for weathering-resistant steel, which is applicable to on-site implementation of metallurgical enterprises. The treatment agent disclosed by the invention is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38-47 parts of main agent, 1.8-16 parts of auxiliary agent, 1-2 parts of modifier, 1-3 parts of promoter, 0.5-3 parts of rust inhibitor, 1-1.5 parts of initiator, 0.002-0.005 part of additive and the balance of ethanol used as a solvent. A qualified surface stabilizing treatment agent can be produced by conventional coating manufacture methods; and the obtained surface stabilizing treatment agent can be brush-coated or spray-coated on the surface of a steel plate, the implementation process is simple, the coating method is easy to operate, and the formed coating layer has short drying time, thereby meeting the on-site implementation requirements of the metallurgical enterprises.
