Оперативное лечение переломов головки лучевой кости

The research paper describes the specifics of the surgical treatment of radius head fractures depending on the degree of its destruction. The authors have generalized their practical experience of the treatment of 62 patients, who underwent osteosynthesis of the radial head bone. The considerable attention is given to the treatment of the joint surfaces, which leads to the tendency when specialists prefer to keep the head of the radial bone, even if in cases like these the damage is enough and the head of the radial bone would have been removed by specialists in past. On the basic of a careful study of the anatomical structure of the upper segment of the radius, the authors offer a new original plate for stable fixation of the radius head fractures. The results of osteosyntesis proved to be good and satisfactory in 98% of the patients.
