A transmission area and a reflecting area are formed between the first substrate and the second substrate, the transmission area of the first substrate is provided with a first horizontal orientation layer, the transmission area of the second substrate is provided with a second horizontal orientation layer, and a set included angle is formed between the orientation of the first horizontal orientation layer and the orientation of the second horizontal orientation layer. A third horizontal orientation layer is arranged on the reflecting area of the first substrate, and a vertical orientation layer is arranged on the reflecting area of the second substrate.
