The invention relates to a method which realizes making real-time regulation of the output of multimedia according to the parameters of vital signs, which includes the following steps of: collecting the parameters of a plurality of vital signs; sequentially judging the collected parameters of the plurality of vital signs according to the parameter values of the vital signs input or stored in advance; taking corresponding measures according to the above judgment result and giving prompting messages; and judging if the parameters of vital signs are still input, if so, returning to the collection mode, otherwise ending the operation of the multimedia device and the method implementing the invention. The method that can make real-time regulation of the output of multimedia according to the parameters of vital signs has the following beneficial effects: the collected parameters are compared with the parameters of vital signs input or stored in advance to judge the value of the collected parameters of vital signs and the corresponding adjustment can be made on the basis of the comparison result; and a sensor collecting the parameters of the vital signs is positioned at the earphone of the multimedia device, which is convenient for being used during the movement and the user can be reminded.
