Chronic meningitis with cranial neuropathies in Wegener's granulomatosis. Case report and review of the literature
1997
We report the case of a 41-year-old man with chronic meningitis and cranial neuropathies in whom leptomeningeal biopsy demonstrated Wegener's granu-lomatosis. The literature on meningitis in this disease is reviewed. This case illustrates that Wegener's granulo-matosis can cause chronic meningitis.
