木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷对缺血缺氧培养乳鼠心肌细胞的保护作用

2008
Objective To study the protective effects of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on myocardial cells injury induced by hypoxia in neonatal rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods The model of ischemic injury of primary cultured myocardial cells of neonatal rats was established to investigate the effects of luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside on the injury. Then lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined in each group. Cell apoptosis rate was identified by hechest33258 staining. Results Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (100, 50 g/mL) could increase the survival rate of the cells with hypoxic-ischemic injury and SOD activity, decrease MDA content, reduce the leaking of LDH and alleviate the cell apoptosis rate. Conclusions Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside has protective effect on ischemic injury, which may be related to the stabilizing of cell membrane, the clearance of oxygen free radicals and the inhibition of cell apoptosis.
