On the structural study of Pb2ScTaO6-type crystals by analytical electron microscopy and Raman scattering
1990
Abstract High resolution electron microscopy, convergent beam electron diffraction and Raman scattering reveal that Pb2ScTaO6 crystals belong to the Fm3m space group. They can be more or less ordered at the atomic scale in the Sc:Ta arrangement resulting in the existence of microdomains. Disordering is accompanied by a broadening of phonon modes up to the line splitting.
