Effects of Basta on Chlorophyll Content in Rice Seedling

Through treatments of the two rice species J59 and B9363,and their transgenic products TR5, TR6 with Basta in different spraying time,concentration and dosage,we found that Basta had direct ef- fect on the two species.The choice of spraying time and concentration played a key role.Compared with concentration,dosage is less important.The resistance to Basta of transgenic lines presents significant difference.TR5 is more resistant than TR6 whether in two-leaf and threc-leef-and-one-leaflest stage.
