POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) in a young patient: An unusual presentation of MSA (multiple system atrophy) type P

Abstract A young patient presented with gradually progressive gait imbalance and fall with episodic dizziness and features suggestive of parkinsonism. On autonomic testing, he was found to have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) as unusual presenting feature of multiple system atrophy.
