Research on thermal deformation field of heavy hydrostatic thrust bearing rotation-workbench at different auxiliary-hole position

According to the structure of heavy hydrostatic bearing rotation-workbench which is applied in heavy equipment, thermal deformation equations of the structure are deduced and boundary conditions for numerical simulation are established based on thermal elasticity theory. Thermal deformation of hydrostatic bearing rotation-workbench is calculated at different auxiliary-hole position. The results indicate that: auxiliary-hole position impacts a noticeable influence on thermal deformation of hydrostatic bearing rotation-workbench. Auxiliary-hole should be set at approximate 3/10 between maximum and minimum distance which is between the center and outer side of workbench. Meanwhile, that also should avoid setting auxiliary-hole near circumstance stiffened plate. The conclusions from thermal deformation calculation could provide theoretical basis for structure design of hydrostatic bearing and ravel out the thermal deformation problem.
