Three-phase forward and backward rotation solid relay

2014
The utility model relates to a solid relay. The utility model discloses a three-phase forward and backward rotation solid relay comprising an input circuit module, a time-delay interlock circuit module, a drive circuit module and a power assembly module. The input circuit module, the time-delay interlock circuit module, the drive circuit module and the power assembly module are electrically connected in turn. The time-delay interlock circuit module comprises a logic interlock circuit which is formed by two N-channel mos tubes, a power-on time-delay circuit and a power-off time-delay circuit. The output end of a first signal output channel of the input circuit module and the output end of a second signal output channel of the input circuit module are respectively connected with the power-on time-delay circuit. The grid electrodes of the first N-channel mos tube and the second N-channel mos tube are respectively connected in parallel with the power-off time-delay circuit. The three-phase forward and backward rotation solid relay is used for performing on-off switching and phase sequence change control on a three-phase electric device load.
