Study on the Influence Factor for the Growth of Higher Vocational Student Cadres

The training work of higher vocational student cadres is the important part of students' management work.Through the study on document data of higher vocational student cadres' growth with the combination of practice,this paper summarizes four factors of affecting higher vocational student cadres' growth,including environment factor,quality factor,ability factor and cultivation factor.Based on this analysis,it points out the hardworking direction in the process of cultivating student cadres and their growth.
