We intruduce a sort of high-speed and high-precision extraction arithmetic method. It is fitted with the most commonly problem such as: X, which mapps the data into the region [0,10000], and then separates the region into some different smaller region, and combines checking the number of the data table with the linear inserting number method,then it can carry out high-speedly and high-precisily, but the data table uses less memory.The arithmetic method can easily apply to carry out the other power-function calculation.
