In the flying capacitor method multilevel power conversion circuit, a real circuit, there are variations in the characteristics of the main semiconductor switches, the parasitic resistance in the circuit, the parasitic capacitance, and by a parasitic elements such as parasitic inductance, the charge amount of the flying capacitor and the discharge amount is required a voltage sensor and a main semiconductor switch control mechanism for the detection of the flying capacitor voltage in order to suppress the variation from a specified value for the case with different causes, the voltage of the flying capacitor ideal conditions. Furthermore the number of levels was not practical to increase. By providing a suppressing closed circuit by adjusting a current variation of the further voltage of the flying capacitor to the main circuit in the present invention, to eliminate the need for voltage sensor and main semiconductor switch control mechanism for detecting the individual flying capacitor voltage, automatically providing a circuit for adjusting the voltage of the flying capacitor to the specified value.
