Transdermal preparation for external use which contains a photosensitive NSAID and UV blocker migrating into the skin, wherein the UV blocker is selected from the group consisting of 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane, 2- (4-diethylamino-2-hydroxybenzoyl) benzoate, n-hexyl, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic a terephthalylidene-3,3'-dicamphor-10 branched 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid alkyl ester, 10'-disulfonic, 2- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4-methyl-6- [2-methyl-3- [1,3,3,3-tetramethyl-1 - [(trimethylsilyl) oxy] disiloxanyl ] propyl] phenol, dioxoimidazolidinpropionato dimethoxybenzylidene-2-ethylhexyl, 1- (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl) -4,4-dimethyl-1,3-pentanedione, 2- (2'-hydroxy-5'metoxifenil) benzotriazole, and oxybenzone.
