Display substrate, manufacturing method thereof and display device

The invention relates to a display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The manufacturing method includes the following steps that: a substrate is formed; a thin film transistor is formed on the substrate, and a second insulating layer is formed between a grid pole and an active layer, and a first insulating layer is formed on the substrate, and the active layer is formed in the first insulating layer; a third insulating layer is formed on the thin film transistor; a pixel electrode is formed on the third insulating layer; and a fourth insulating layer is formed on the pixel electrode, and at least one layer selected from the substrate, the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer, the third insulating layer and the fourth insulating layer is made of an organic material, and at least one layer selected from the substrate, the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer, the third insulating layer and the fourth insulating layer is made of an inorganic material. According to the manufacturing method, the insulating layers and the substrate in the thin film transistor are formed through the organic material and the inorganic material, so that the thin film transistor has the advantages of the organic material, and the manufacturing process of the thin film transistor can be simplified, and the electrical properties of the thin film transistor can be improved, and the physical properties of the display substrate where the thin film transistor is located can be improved.
