Winch control system and crane

The emergency lowering control device can control the winch brake and the winch motor to achieve lowering of a heavy object after the lifting control device is in a failure. Thus, the winch control system can achieve an emergency heavy object lowering function, accordingly, the fault processing process can be simplified, the processing time is shortened, and the processing difficulty is lowered. In addition, the winch control system achieves the heavy object lowering function through the weight of the heavy object, no power needs to be provided for active control, and therefore energy can be effectively saved through the winch control system and the crane.
