Study on the BP Neural Network Evaluation Model of Employability

This paper constructed a BP Neural Network Model for employability evaluation. Data mining and accurate prediction could be achieved by finding a mapping relationship between graduates’ objective attribute information (gender, school type, area, degree, master, etc.) and employability. Then the model was applied in a school recruit test by a large state-owned enterprise in the year 2014, and the result shows good fitness and high prediction accuracy (86.5 %), which illustrates that the model can assist employers to choose the right employees, and help graduates to choose the appropriate position.
