Production process of splendor cotton-like fabric

The invention provides a production process of splendor cotton-like fabric. The production process includes the following steps: compositing POY (pre-oriented yarn) processed from super cotton-like polyester chips and FDY (fully drawn yarn) processed from conventional polyester chips by means of one-step spinning so as to obtain super cotton-like composite yarn; producing elastic cotton-like yarn with the fineness being 40D-150D through the two-for-one twisting process with the true twist range of 500-1100T/M, the heating process at the temperature of 180-195 DEG C and the false twisting step with the twist range of 2000-4300T/M; taking the elastic cotton-like yarn as warp yarn and weft yarn for weaving on a loom, and subjecting woven gray cloth to one-bath one-step dyeing to obtain the splendor cotton-like fabric. The splendor cotton-like fabric has the advantages of being strong in cotton feeling, soft in handfeel, fluffy, elastic, comfortable to wear, natural and tender in lustre like natural cotton fibers, stiff and smooth, less prone to deformation, superior to pure cotton fibers in wet permeability and quick drying performance and the like.
