Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is associated with increased mortality and morbidity after cardiac valve surgeries and coronary angioplasty. However, the association of COPD with in-hospital outcomes after transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVr) has not been established. Elective TMVr
