The invention provides a self-synchronous vibrating screen and an eccentric block thereof. The eccentric block comprises a main eccentric block, a vice-eccentric block and an end cover, wherein the main eccentric block comprises a vice-eccentric block mounting hole; the vice-eccentric block is movably arranged in the vice-eccentric block mounting hole; and the end cover is covered on the vice-eccentric block mounting hole, and connected with the main eccentric block. According to the invention, when phase angle difference is generated between two exciters, the vice-eccentric block substantially can be regarded as an energy storage device to store and release energy, so that the eccentric blocks provided by the invention can achieve the purpose of stable operation, and the synchronous stability of the self-synchronous vibrating screen is increased. The self-synchronous vibrating screen and the eccentric block have the characteristic of low cost.
