The grinding equipment comprises a power device and the grinding head driven by the power device. The grinding head comprises an abrasive belt grinding head body, an abrasive belt, abrasive belt fixing blocks and guard discs, and the axes of the abrasive belt grinding head body, the abrasive belt, the abrasive belt fixing blocks and the guard discs extend in the left-right direction. The abrasive belt is fixed to the abrasive fixing blocks. The grinding head body can be arranged in two modes, and the first mode is that the abrasive belt fixing blocks are installed from one side of the grinding head body, and the guard discs are fixed to the installed side of the grinding head body through fixing structures so as to prevent the abrasive belt fixing blocks from being disengaged from the interiors of installation holes; and the second mode is that the abrasive belt fixing blocks can be installed from the two sides of the grinding head body, and the guard discs are fixed to the two sides of the grinding head body through the fixing structures so as to prevent the abrasive belt fixing blocks from being disengaged from the interiors of the installation holes. According to the assembled type grinding head and the grinding equipment using the grinding head, the abrasive belt and the abrasive belt fixing blocks are taken as a whole, so that the assembling process of the abrasive belt and the abrasive belt fixing blocks does not need to take the working time of the grinding equipment. When the abrasive belt is replaced, only the guard discs are needed to achieve the fixing of the abrasive belt fixing blocks and the grinding head body, so that the installation process is simple and the time is saved.
