Background The laparoscopic approach plays an important role in the primary surgical management of morbid obesity. This study evaluated the potential role of the laparoscopic approach to revision Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) in the management of selected patients who fail to lose adequate weight or regain weight after primary bariatric surgery.
