Building of Information Activity Management System of Higher Educational Establishment in the Social Environments of the Internet

The paper presents the architecture of the software-algorithmic complex for management activities providing of administrative and information subdivisions of the HEE and information activities of the basic subdivisions, the main components of the information system, as well as functions and technical aspects of the implementation individual components are described.
