The invention provides a device used for a landslide model test. The device comprises an airflow generator arranged above the slope of a geotechnical model, wherein the airflow generator is in a conical cylinder structure; at least one tangential air inlet is formed in the lower part of the airflow generator and an air outlet is formed in the upper part of the airflow generator; the airflow generator is connected with a model box by a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; a wind inlet formed in the top of the model box is formed in the top of the first connecting rod; a wind outlet formed in the top of the model box is formed in the top of the second connecting rod; the wind inlet and the wind outlet are in a horn-shaped structure; the wind inlet is connected with the tangential air inlets by a pipeline; the wind outlet is connected with the air outlet by a pipeline. The device used for the landslide geotechnical model test, which is provided by the invention, can generate airflow outside the geotechnical model, so that the impacts of extreme airflow conditions, such as typhoon and tornado, on landslide can be simulated in centrifugal model tests.
