The invention belongs to the field of material surface treatment and relates to a chemical reagent for deburring of aluminum parts. Due to the characteristic that aluminum complex-shaped parts and small parts are prone to deformation in the machinery industry at present, the deburring treatment during machining is quite difficult. The burr processing speed of the complex-shaped parts is low, and nowadays, burrs are still manually processed through manual cutting tools such as scrapers. Due to manual processing, the quality stability is poor, and problems are liable to occur. In addition, the parts are complex, so that it is quite difficult to manually remove burrs in some places. Especially for large-batch parts of the type, the defects of the high machining difficulty and the low machining efficiency exist. The chemical reagent provided by the invention is capable of removing the burrs of the aluminum parts, and the requirement of the spur removing process of the aluminum parts is met.
