Optimization design of thrust fluctuation of six degree of freedom of magnetic suspension positioning platform

According to the characteristics of high-speed/high-precision positioning system of the magnetic suspension positioning platform, vibration is a factor that must be taken into consideration in the process of designing maglev positioning system. This paper puts forward a model of a moving magnet type of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor to realize six degree freedom. It has the advantage of big thrust, high dynamic response, high acceleration and feed speed, etc. However, due to the factors of the end-effect caused by the broken stator and the cogging force caused by the slotted core, it brings the fluctuation of electromagnetic thrust and the distortion of the back electromotive force waveform which affects the positioning accuracy. So this paper takes the fluctuation of the electromagnetic thrust and the harmonic of back electromotive force as the optimization goal, doing transient analysis to magnetic field. Calculating the influences of different parameters on the fluctuation of electromagnetic thrust and sinusoidal waveform of the back electromotive force to improve the precision of the magnetic suspension positioning platform.
