The invention relates to the technical field of oil production engineering and belongs to a processing technology of a ceramic-plating pump cylinder of a gas-proof oil well pump suitable for CO2 flooding. The objectives of the design of the invention are to solve the problem that the inner wall of the pump cylinder of the gas-proof oil well pump in a high vapor-liquid-ratio CO2 flooding oil well is seriously corroded and worn and to prolong the service life of the gas-proof oil well pump. The processing technology is realized by carrying out a centrifugal high-temperature self-propagating technology on ceramic powder on the inner wall of the pump cylinder 2 of the gas-proof oil well pump. The ceramic powder, in a high-temperature molten state, in the pump cylinder 2 is thrown onto the inner wall of the pump cylinder 2 through a centrifuge, and a composite pump cylinder 2 with a ceramic lining 3 is formed. After integral cooling, through the honing of a honing machine, the whole ceramic plating layer is at a thickness of 3mm (as stated in the description) and at a hardness higher than HV1200. The wear resistance, scale resistance and corrosion resistance are great. The pump cylinder is mainly used in the CO2 flooding high vapor-liquid-ratio oil well and has the advantages of being wear-resistant, scale-resistant, corrosion-resistant and the like.
