Hot Pepper Cultivar ‘Yuehong 1’

‘Yuehong 1’ is a new mid-early maturing cultivar of table hot pepper hybrid suitable for south China area by outdoor planting pattern. The unripe fruit is green, sheep-horn shaped with good marketable character that is 17.7 cm length, 2.0 cm width and 0.3 cm flesh thickness. The single fruit weight is 30 g. Moreover, the ripe fruit is red with fresh and smooth appearance, high pungent as well as excellent storage capacity.
