Zinc concentrate smelting process

The invention discloses a zinc concentrate smelting process which comprises the steps of: adding zinc concentrate and solvent into an oxygen bottom blowing smelting furnace, and blowing oxygen into the oxygen bottom blowing smelting furnace from an oxygen spraying hole of the oxygen bottom blowing smelting furnace for smelting the zinc concentrate; automatically flowing melt obtained through the smelting into a side-blowing reducing furnace and blowing oxygen and a reducing agent into the side-blowing reducing furnace for reducing from an oxygen blowing hole and a reducing agent blowing hole at the side of the slide-blowing reducing furnace; and discharging slag generated in the side-blowing reducing furnace and conveying zinc-containing smoke generated in the side-blowing reducing furnace to a liquid metal condenser to obtain rough zinc. According to the zinc concentrate smelting process of the embodiment of the invention, the zinc-containing concentrate is smelted by adopting the oxygen bottom-blowing furnace and the side-blowing reducing furnace without sintering, therefore, the invention can realize the clean production, simplifies the process, reduce the capital construction investment and production cost, and achieve the purpose of greatly saving energy and reducing the emission.
