Solid Phase Micro-extraction and its Application

SPME(Solid Phase Micro-extraction) is a safe,high-efficient extraction technique.This paper reviews the development and application of SPME during the past years and some factors affecting its working condition,as well as its combined techniques and its disadvantages.The future development is also discussed.
