Direktkonvertierender X-ray detector and CT system

2014
The invention relates to a direct-conversion X-ray detector (C3, C5) for detecting X-radiation, at least comprising a semiconductor used for the detection of X-ray radiation (1), one on one side of the semiconductor (1) deposited cathode (6) and a coating applied to an opposite side pixelated anode, wherein a pixel of the anode is formed in each case from a group of sub-pixels (2), and an anti-scatter grid to reduce the incidence of scattered X-rays, wherein the cathode (6) anode pixel size-related recesses (6c) to (differences in the profile of the potential lines e) of the electric field in the semiconductor (1) due to different incident x-radiation to compensate. Further, the invention relates to a CT system (C1) comprising a direct-conversion X-ray detector according to the invention (C3, C5).
