The audio access method comprises the steps of: starting the APP application, and searching all WIFI headphones accessed to a WIFI network to which the terminal equipment is accessed; and selecting a plurality of target WIFI headphones to be accessed to the terminal equipment, and respectively accessing audio information in the terminal equipment to the target WIFI headphones in the form of WIFI information. According to the audio access method provided by the invention, the terminal equipment and the plurality of WIFI headphones are accessed to the WIFI network, the APP application is arranged in terminal equipment, the WIFI headphones in need for sharing are selected in the WIFI network, the audio in the terminal equipment is transmitted to the WIFI headphones in the form of WIFI information, thereby achieving audio sharing.
